Mechanical drawings
Plate NO.9 was one of our earlier drawings and as you can see it has a lot more mistakes then the more resent ones. But as you scroll down you can see my drawings getting better and better and improving and CAD has taught me a lot from how to use simple mechanical drawling tools to lettering the drawings.
The next drawling after the first one and you can see my drawing skills are already improving. This is one of my best drawings but it was a early drawling so I just kept getting better and better as you can see from my first to my second then to my third drawing which was one of the best drawing I have.
This is my second to last drawling and its one of my best drawings so far. But this is not perfect but I have improved a good bit on my way through hand drawling and it will keep getting better as I go on in my classes that require exact and correct mechanical drawling.
CAD Drawings |
|
This is my single view drawing in CAD and this was helping us get used to the software because we had already done this on paper so this helped us learn the tools like champfer and rotations.
Cad drawings with DIMENSIONS.
This is another single view drawing but we used dimensions so that we can learn to if we wanted to go in to a field that we need to use CAD and use dimensions.
This is a dimension single view drawing that is just a different shape but just helping us practice the dimensions even more.
Ortho drawings
Here is an ortho drawling that we did on CAD and we did this so we could learn the three views for drawings.
This is another Ortho drawing just with a more complex piece that has some hidden lines and some different features.
Isometric Projections.
This is my Iso drawing and it is three dimensional but on a two dimensional plane so you have to use other angles and different ways to draw.
This uses new angles and difficult corners to work so it made it a challenge and made you thing outside the box.
Section drawings
This is a section drawing and these show how to use cutting plane so that you can see the inside of a drawing without using all of the hidden lines that get jumbled up and in the way.
This is another section that has a break and more hidden lines and it is more complex then the other section drawing.
Inventor drawings
This is a inventor drawing and it is a 3-D drawing that you can move anyway and draw on any plane like X, Y, and Z.
This is one of my inventor drawings that i did and this is a full 3-D drawing and you can extrude and you can 3-D print right from this program.
